Industrial Manufacturing

Industrial Manufacturing aligns with Arete’s process driven design philosophy. Whether manufacturing for the energy sector, food and beverage, or custom fabrications, manufacturing has a sequence of operations that creates product flow from raw materials through finished product and distribution. At Arete, we understand the flow of production and work with you to maximize your efficiency.

Build with confidence, before a single pipe goes in.

Our process design and 3D modeling work helps industrial clients move faster and build with more confidence. By modeling piping, equipment, and architecture together from the start, we catch spatial conflicts early and give clients a clear picture of their finished space long before anything shows up on site.

Bridging buildings
and process.

We work in the space between architecture and industrial process, where a building's design and a client's equipment have to function as one system. By connecting these two worlds early, we design facilities that support the process running inside them rather than working around it.

Piping precision into production.

New Belgium needed to integrate a new can filler into their active bottling line at the Asheville brewery, and Arete led the process pipe and utility routing design in partnership with NBB engineers. This kind of coordination usually falls to specialty contractors working it out by hand in the field, often causing delays once construction starts. By modeling it during design, we gave New Belgium a clear, coordinated path through construction, critical to a project where the manufacturing line had to stay down as briefly as possible.
